Obama just opened himself up for a can of whoop ass and he doesn’t even know it yet.

That was the whole plan this ad is what McCain wanted from Obama and he just delivered it on a silver platter. Gosh politics is brilliant.

Now ladies and gentlemen, let the real game begin. Obama said that McCain doesn’t know what he’s up against. Well I’m going to say that McCain does know all too well.

What Obama doesn’t know is that he only thing keeping him in this race is that people think he’s different. Right now he just threw that out the window. No one is under that impression and that my friend is fatal to Obama. Obama is bleeding really, really slowly and the medic have left the building.

Wow thanks for the pointless reference to bleeding.
Anyways, Obama finally has an attack ad, and republicans get angry…surprise

    Sensico,

Again another reason why Obama is free falling. The myth is that only white, racist Republicans could possibly be against Obama. Wrong!

I’m black. Female. Young. College educated. Pro-choice, pro-gays. The list goes on and on. But I’m also an American who wants someone in office who has more to offer than pretty speeches, and is able to tell me the color of the sky without going into a 20 minutes philosophical rambling about how “colors” are all in our minds, and the sky may actually be pink.

Obama annoys me. He lies likes he breath. He reminds me of every full of BS consultants that comes into struggling businesses and tells the boss on how changing things will be great for business. Puts the employees through days or weeks or awkward moments than give a 50 pages book on things that need to be done to make things better. After he’s done the company is left poorer and all his ideas end up being more problematic than problem solving.

This ad that Obama just put out is a fatal error. When you are hiding as much as Obama you don’t make insinuations like these without backing them up. He opened himself up big time.

Two things that we can be obsoletely certain we now know about Obama. He’s never been in a fist fight or read military strategy book. Chicago politics works well in Chicago but America is not Chicago.

    1) Rule number one you never open your self up for your opponent to hit you in your vulnerable spots. He just did that.

2)You never throw a punch unless you know exactly where it’s going to land. All McCain has to do is make a stupid ad that will take him 5 seconds to put together with all the videos and paper articles crediting him with exposing Abramoff in the first place. Obama’s ad dead on arrival.

    3) Never put yourself in a position where you will be off balance because your opponent will knock you down and punch you senseless. Obama just went off balance.

McCain has been trying to get a reaction just like that from Obama and today he delivered.

McCain has been watching ultimate fighting and learning well. He’s also been reading “The Art of War.” It’s paying off handsomely.

WOW typical attack…mention the word racist and say hes basically stupid…thanks for your “maturity”.
saying your black and educated isn’t going to make me take your comment any differently from any other person who commented.
Every time Obama goes on the attack hes accused of letting McCain get under his skin. yet, when McCain does it we don’t say that. I find it a double standard.
And, we just fundamentally disagree. I have to go so I’ll just leave it at that.

by the way this ad has nothing to do with race…I don’t even know why you would even bring it up

McCain’s a hothead. Stubs his toe and drops a nuke. Never met a war he didn’t find exciting.

    Coolrepublica -

What a bunch of horse manure:

1: being a “different kind of politician” doesn’t mean you can’t point out the incompetence and corruption of your opponent.

2: McCain won’t put up ads showing how he fought the Republican lobby/bribe machine because that will just a) remind people of how corrupt the republicans are/have been and b) open him up to his own corruption scandal (i.e. Keating 5… Google it).

3: I seriously doubt you’re young, female and black, but why bring it up? To show liberals some weird bona fide? To show that you’re willing to sell out your own demographic?

    ignor8r,

Obama is losing and there is nothing that he or anyone can do about it.

McCain just has to fill in the blanks in people’s mind about Obama. Obama need to replace perception of McCain that has been around for decades. Now take off your partisan hat and just use common sense. Which do you think is easier to do, and has a more lasting effect?

Let me make it clearer for you, but I doubt you would appriciate my effort since Obama supporters love to be confused by “nuance” and all.

When it comes to Obama Americans are like babies. They have blank minds ready for new information. They are easily thought new tricks. It has worked in Obama’s advangtage as he filled many heads with faulty info from his background. But McCain is really good at using Obama’s advantage against him (The media, his celebrity, his newness.)

Obama is trying to deprogram Americans. Deprograming is very, very difficult and you can’t do it in 80 days even if you were running ads 24/7 and having people strap down in a chair. That McBush slogan is probably the stupidest attempt of linking Bush to McCain. It is not working. McCain is 71 years old, most Americans already know that they are not best friends and barely like each other. That picture of the hug between them only reinforces the fact that they are not exactly soul mate. That “hug” was the most awkward hug ever. It’s the hug that you give your aunt anna, whom you don’t like, but you have to pretend you do so you can get present on Christmas. Every American sympathizes with McCain. Unless you already believe that McCain and Bush are BFF no one can ever convince you of it. But Obama keeps trying and he keeps failing.

And also McCain wants Obama to bring up the keating 5. The game of guilt by association is a dangerous game my friend and Obama has a lot more to lose from playing this game than McCain does.

And finally, yes I’m black. Born in Haiti until I came to this country which I love so much. I see in Obama everything I saw in Aristide. Smooth talker with a strong scent of an incompetent ahole. I have been right about Aristide, and I have so far been on the mark about Obama. America deserves better. We will have a black president, but Obama is not it. He will ruin it for every other actual qualified black politician to come.

Obama is not the last remaining smart black person in America. For people to insunuate that not electing him will mean that it will be 100 years before a smart black person is born and comes along that can actually govern this country makes my blood boil. It is insulting in more level than I care to point out.

To make matter worst, Obama put down Clarence Thomas last weekend by saying that he was not smart enough to be where he was. Clarence Thomas a man who actually did come from poverty and fought against the odds to get where he is and had the qualifications to be put down by a guy who got where he is on the back of the Chicago machine, and stupid people who bought two self promoting biographies of him that no one had the courage to challenge. A guy who went to private schools and had so much time on his hand he had time to experiment with drugs was telling Americans that the one black guy on the supreme court as below the intelligence of the other 8 members was gut wrenching.

But I think the silver lining was that a lot of people saw his remark and went “the audacity of Obama.”

In the 60’s we would call you an OREO cookie.

    very sad

    Chaser,

OREO cookie. Is that a preview of the post-racial America Obama and his supporters are so fund of talking about?

I wish I could tell you that the word Oreo cookie hurts my feeling but that would be a lie. The last time I was called an Oreo cookie was in high school. That was after I fought my way out of the high school tracking system that thinks that black kids should be in remedial math, science, history. When I made my way to all AP courses some kids were not too happy about it, and called me oreo as if it was my fault they were not born with the grit and desire to fight for their own future. Being called an Oreo means that I’m doing something right. So I don’t care what you call me, just don’t call me shirley.

And Obama is still wrong for America. He maybe great for Canada, France, but not America. Americans have lives. They don’t have time to listen to Obama give “nuance” answers on whether ‘I Love Lucy’ is a funny show or not.
