Whoooo Wants To Follow Karl Rove On Twitter…

Well, I’m an avid twitter-er, by the way C-SPAN is following me on twitter, yes I’m that damn important…ok, no I’m not, but C-SPAN is following me.  Anyways, I don’t feel any inclination to follow Karl Rove and his stupid twitter updates, though a lot of people jumped on Rove’s ass, opps I mean wagon, ok neither sounds right.  Anyways, heres his twitter stats,

Don’t you feel the happiness.  Most of his twitters so far seems to be either promoting Bush, or answer those who send message to him.  I’m kind of curious what the point of him opening this twitter account.  Is he testing out the Internet for the republicans?  Does he plan on doing public relations for Bush to make Bush look nice after he leaves office?  Does Karl Rove think that if tweeting at a certain time that, that could be an alibi to use in various law suits against him?  Just curious, cause he doesn’t strike me to be the person who would need or want a twitter account.

The title says it all, but I just want to add, what a waste, he didn’t even know what to ask and instead gave commentary and did the exact same thing he was complaining about other journalists doing.  In the meantime he is providing good entertainment.

Just Thinkin’, Why Would Bush Lie About The Blair House

I really don’t care that the Obama’s didn’t get to stay at the Blair house, mainly cause the hotel they are stay at seems equally posh.  Anyways, I just laying here at 12:18AM listening to Mad World by Michael Andrews and I was thinking, why would the Bush administration lie about the Blair House.  From reports, the guy staying there will only be there for one night to receive an award.  The guy isn’t even a beloved figure as ex-PM John Howard of Australia. The Obama’s could have certainly moved into the Blair house and Howard could have graciously stayed in the hotel.  The lady reporter with the huge glasses, that always appears on Countdown said that the Blair house wasn’t booked before, and that the Washington Post also reported on Countdown this in December, so, the Bush people could have possibly booked Howard to stay there because they don’t want the Obamas to stay there.

Honestly, I didn’t even care one lick about this story, the this situation is more intriguing now that we know why Obama wasn’t allowed to move his family into the Blair house earlier.  So, what were they hiding in the Blair house that they need the ex-PM Howard, who doesn’t even like Obama, to stay in the Blair house.  Is Cheney really hiding more secret records that could officially out him in the various scandals he’s involved in? Is Bush redecorating for the Obamas and don’t want them to see the decor before its finished…yes, Bush may be a horrible President, but he is still a nice enough guy to do something like that.  Has Barney been staying at the Blair house and thus Sasha Obama wouldn’t be able to stay there due to her allergies?  I don’t know, but I just thought it was weird, now the Obamas have to move again in to the Blair house on Jan. 15, and then they have to go through the hassle again of moving into the White House…wait, that’s actually a good thing

RNC Says NO to C-Span

As a viewer of C-SPAN, I’m kind of pissed that the RNC would diss C-Span.  Not only that, but this is just a lack of transparency.  People including republicans would want to see the debate RNC candidates are having.  The RNC chair is up for grabs and they are having a debate within the party about who would be best to move the republican party forward.  I would have loved to see that meeting as I’m sure republicans would have loved to see who the people vying for the RNC chair are.  What is so secretive and special that republicans won’t let C-Span air the meeting?  Nothing that couldn’t be aired on C-Span.  Anyways, this is just the same ol’ same ol’ from the republicans again.  I don’t see any
