Bye Bye, Chris Dodd Resigns

Too early maybe, but TheFix reported that Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) will not seek another term.  NBC’s Chuck Todd confirmed that the story was true.

I know I’m a lone democrat on this one but I’m happy to see him go.  His scandals was bringing his poll numbers down and would have most likely lost a seat the dems should have been able to keep.  The worst part was that most of his scandals involved financial issues.  I have no reason to think he was in the “right” on any of those scandals and I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks that.  Anyways, this only made him look like a sleazy inside politician of the worst kind.  The fact that top ranking democrats would defend him or save his ass only reflected on the dems in the end.

Though, I will give him credit for his achievements and in the end he is doing what’s right for the democratic party.

Tea Party Leader Found Holding N-Word Sign

Ahhh, the Tea Party movement. One of the most respected movements of our decade. A movement of angry, mostly white, people that want to get rid of socialist politicians, Obamacare, taxation, yell at sick people in townhall meetings and they also hold up very intelligent cute signs. Well the leader of the Tea Party movement who started, TeaParty.org, Dale Robertson, has a little controversy of his own. Picture of him surfaced holding an N-word sign.

What self-respecting racist uses an “A” instead of an “E” in the N-word?? Oh well, maybe he’ll learn to spell it more offensively better next time. Don’t know how controversial this sign would be within the ranks of the Tea Party movement. I mean, most of them would be inclined to own a similar if not worse sign anyways.

Brit Hume Thinks Tiger Woods Should Convert To Christianity

So apparently Brit Hume is very concerned with Tiger’s soul.  He thinks in order for Tiger to get through this and come back then he needs to convert to Christianity.  As, somehow Buddhism is less adequate and less forgiving.

Oh, so I understand the Christian faith now.  F-up and you get forgiven over and over again.  But, if that was the case then why haven’t Jenny taken back Mark Sanford after his Argentinian romance, or why did republicans bash Bill for cheating on Hillary and those are only a few cases.  Where republicans not Christians then?  The fact that divorce rates are going up in a Christian nation probably doesn’t mean much to Hume either.
