McCain Opps For Talking Points At The Health Care Summit

Fortunately, Pres. Obama shut that crap down with, “We’re not campaigning anymore, the election is over”.  Here’s the exchange between Pres. Obama and his 2008 opponent John McCain (R-AZ),

Apparently McCain didn’t understand that this was a health care summit where they discuss health care and present ideas on making the bill better.  But, maybe since McCain has a tough challenger in his state, he can’t get out of campaign mode.  He didn’t present any ideas, unfortunately and his only goal seemed to bash the President and score political points.  Though, I wouldn’t blame him, I mean, if I didn’t have any ideas to contribute, I’d probably be off topic too.

  1. It was a beautiful moment! But Sensico, even better was later in the day when McCain went at him again and Obama immediately agreed with McCain and totally threw him off. Watching ole John sputter and stammer when he realized he wasn’t going to get a fight was pure comedy. :-)
